On 25 March 2006, it was extended again from Long Elms Courtenay Avenue to Harrow Bus Station, turning route H18 into a circular route, running clockwise and the anti-clockwise direction was renumbered H19.

On 2 September 2006, a Sunday service was introduced.

On 31 August 2013, the routes were retained by Arriva The Shires with Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Darts introduced.
