London Buses route U7 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Hayes and Uxbridge, it is operated by Abellio London.
Route U7 commenced operating on 13 November 1999 between Charville Lane Estate and Uxbridge Station via Hayes End and Hillingdon Hospital. The route was introduced to replace withdrawn route 207A. The route was initially operated by Wings from their Hayes (WS) garage using East Lancs Spryte bodied Dennis Dart SLFs.
On 31 March 2004, the route was included in the sale of Wings Buses to Tellings-Golden Miller.
On 17 June 2005, the route was included in the sale of Tellings-Golden Miller to Travel London.
On 21 May 2009, the route was included in the sale of Travel London to Abellio London.
On 4 July 2009, the route was diverted at Hayes End via Hewens Road, Charville Lane and the existing route in reverse to Lansbury Drive, then via Uxbridge Road to Hayes Grapes.
On 19 November 2011, the route was retained by Abellio London with Caetano Nimbus bodied Dennis Dart SLFs introduced.
In October 2016, the Caetano Nimbus bodied Dennis Dart SLFs were replaced by Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Darts.
On 19 November 2016, the route was retained by Abellio London.
