London Buses route N22 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Fulwell and Piccadilly Circus, it is operated by London General.

Route N22 commenced operating on 24 November 2000 between Richmond Wakefield Road Bus Station and Piccadilly Circus via Green Park, Hyde Park Corner, Knightsbridge, Sloane Square, Kings Road, Chelsea, New Kings Road, Parsons Green, Putney Bridge, Lower Richmond Road, Putney Common, Rocks Lane, Church Road, Barnes Pond, Mortlake High Street, Lower Richmond Road, Chalkers Corner, Manor Circus and Richmond Station. The route was introduced to replace the withdrawn section of route N9 between Putney Bridge and Richmond. The route was initially operated by London General from their Putney (AF) garage using Volvo Olympians.

On 29 September 2001, the route was extended from Richmond to Kingston via withdrawn section of route N9.

On 3 June 2006, the route was withdrawn between Fulwell and Kingston, the night service on route 281 replaced the withdrawn section. The route was converted to low floor operation using Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B7TLs at the same time.

On 20 October 2012, the route was retained by London General.

Due to the temporary closure of Putney Bridge, on 14 July 2014 the route was temporarily diverted in both directions between Putney Church and King's Road via Putney Bridge Road, Wandsworth, Swandon Way, Wandsworth Bridge and Wandsworth Bridge Road, instead of New Kings Road. It resumed operating via Putney Bridge on 28 September 2014.

In November 2016, the Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B7TLs were replaced by Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodied Volvo B5LHs and Volvo B9TLs.
