London Buses route 482 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Southall and Heathrow Terminal 5, it is operated by Metroline.

Route 482 commenced operation on 22 March 2008 between Southall Town Hall and Heathrow Terminal 5 via South Road - The Green - King Street - Montague Waye - Western Road - Wentworth Road - Convent Way - North Hyde Lane - Vicarage Farm Road - Bath Road - Hounslow West Station Forecourt - Bath Road - Great South-West Road - Dick Turpin Way - Fagg's Road - Hatton Road South - Hatton Cross - Southern Perimeter Road - Hatton Cross Bus Station - Southern Perimeter Road - Snowdon Road - Terminal 4 Roundabout - Stratford Road - Salisbury Road - Terminal 4 Roundabout - Shrewsbury Road - Southern Perimeter Road - Sealand Road - Cargo Terminal Roundabout - Sealand Road - Southern Perimeter Road - Stirling Road - Stirling Road Roundabout - Stirling Road - Southern Perimeter Road - Western Perimeter Road Roundabout - Western Perimeter Road - T5 Roundabout - Wayfarer Road - Wallis Road. The route was introduced to replace the discontinued route 435 and is one of many new routes in and around Hillingdon that were designed to serve the new Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport. This route was initially operated by London United from their Hounslow Heath (HH) garage using Scania OmniCitys.

In early 2009, Alexander Dennis Enviro 400Hs were introduced.

On 21 March 2015, the route passed to Metroline operating from their Greenford (G) garage with Alexander Dennis Enviro 400s introduced.
