London Buses route 425 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Stratford and Clapton, it is operated by Tower Transit.


Route 425 commenced on 5 July 2008 between Stratford Station and Clapton via Bow - Mile End - South Hackney - Homerton University Hospital - Clapton Pond. The route was initially operated by Docklands Buses operating from their Silverton (SI) garage using brand new Scania OmniCitys. The route was introduced to replace part of route S2.

On 6 July 2013, the route passed to Tower Transit (contract novated from First London) operating from their Lea Interchange (LI) garage with brand new Alexander Dennis Enviro 400s introduced.
