London Buses route 377 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Oakwood and Ponders End, it is operated by Arriva London.

Route 377 commenced operating on 7 July 2001 and provided a service between Ponders End Enfield Garage and Oakwood Station via Southbury Road - Ponders End High Street - Lincoln Road - Great Cambridge Road - Trinity Avenue - First Avenue - Park Avenue - Wellington Road - Private Road - Village Road - London Road - Cecil Road - Church Street - Windmill Hill - Slades Hill - Enfield Road - Bincote Road - World's End Lane - Lonsdale Drive - Lower Kenwood Avenue - Kenwood Avenue - Prince George Avenue - Bramley Road. The route was initially operated by Arriva London operating from their Edmonton (EC) garage using hired Mercedes Varios. Prior to 7 July 2001 route 377 had been on a temporary contract operating under LLSA agreement operated by Arriva.

In October 2001, the route was converted to low floor operation using Plaxton Pointer 2 bodied Dennis Dart SLFs.

In June 2006, the route was retained by Arriva London.

In July 2006, the allocation was transferred to Enfield (E) garage.

In July 2011, the route was retained by Arriva London,

In June 2016, the Plaxton Pointer 2 bodied Dennis Dart SLFs were replaced by brand new Enviro 200 MMC bodied Alexander Dennis E20Ds.

On 9 July 2016, the route was retained by Arriva London.
