London Buses route 347 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Ockendon and Romford, it is operated by Arriva London.


Route 347 commenced on 6 November 2004 operating between Romford and Ockendon stations via South Street - Romford Station - South Street - Western Road - Mercury Gardens - Main Road - Gallows Corner - Colchester Road - Gubbins Lane - Harold Wood Station - Gubbins Lane - Shepherds Hill - Hall Lane - Upminster Station - Station Road - St Marys Lane - Cranham - St Marys Lane - Clay Tye Road - North Ockendon - Ockendon Road - North Road - High Street - South Ockendon - West Road. Initially operated by First London from Rainham garage (R) using a Marshall C36 bodied Dennis Dart.

On 15 October 2005, the route passed to Blue Triangle operating from their Rainham (BE) garage with a low floor Plaxton Pointer 2 bodied Dennis Dart SLF introduced.

On 16 October 2010, the route was retained by Blue Triangle.

On 17 October 2015, route 347 was passed to Arriva Kent Thameside using a 10.8m Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Dart.

On 1 January 2016, the Arriva group restructured its bus operations, which included the transfer of route 347 from Arriva Kent Thameside to Arriva London.

In June 2016, the 10.8m Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Dart was replaced by a 10.2m Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Dart.
