London Buses route 325 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between East Beckton and Prince Regent, it is operated by Arriva London.
Route 325 commenced operating on 25 September 1993 between Prince Regent DLR Station and Beckton Savacentre via Freemasons Road - New Barn Street - Balaam Street - Plaistow - Upton Lane - Forest Gate - Katherine Road - Plashet Grove - High Street North - East Ham - Barking Rd - North Circular Rd - Claps Gate Lane as a Monday to Saturday route. The route was introduced to replace withdrawn route 278 between Prince Regent and Forest Gate. The route was initially operated Stagecoach East London from their Upton Park (U) garage using MCW Metroriders.
In 1995, the MCW Metroriders were replaced by Plaxton Pointer bodied Dennis Darts.
In 1997, the route was rerouted via Beckton Showcase Cinemas and a Sunday service was introduced.
In 1999, the allocation was relocated to Barking (BK) garage and brand new low floor Plaxton Pointer 2 bodied Dennis Dart SLFs were introduced.
In 2000, the route was retained by Stagecoach East London.
In 2005, the route was again retained by Stagecoach East London.
In 2009, the route was reallocated from Barking (BK) to Upton Park (U) garages.
In 2010, the route passed to Arriva London operating from their Barking (DX) garage with Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Darts introduced.
In 2012, the route was diverted between Barking Road and Jenkins Lane via Highbridge Road and Fresh Wharf Road.
On 4 March 2017, the route was retained by Arriva London.
