London Buses route 318 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between North Middlesex Hospital and Stamford Hill, it is operated by Arriva London.
Route 318 commenced operating on 9 November 1996 between STAMFORD HILL BROADWAY and NORTH MIDDLESEX HOSPITAL via Clapton Common - Rookwood Road - Ravensdale Road - ( return via Stamford Hill ) Castlewood Road - Craven Park Road - Grovelands Road - Gladesmore Road - ( return via Wargrave Avenue ) Tottenham High Road - Lordship Lane - The Roundway - Great Cambridge Road - White Hart Lane - Queen Street - Bull Lane as a Monday to Saturday service. Operating by Capital Citybus from their Northumberland Park (NP) garage using Plaxton bodied Mercedes Benz 811D's.
On 10 November 2001, the route was retained by First London using low floor Marshall Capital bodied Dennis Dart SLFs and Sunday was introduced.
In 2002, the route was diverted via Lansdowne Road, Shelbourne Road, Havelock Road and Dowsett Road in Tottenham.
On 11 November 2006, the route passed to Arriva London operating from their Tottenham (AR) garage using Plaxton Pointer 2 bodied Dennis Dart SLFs.
In 2012, the allocation was transferred to Lea Valley (LV) garage.
In June 2013, Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Darts were introduced.
On 9 November 2013, the route was retained by Arriva London using Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Darts.
In March 2014, the allocation was transferred to Edmonton (EC) garage.
In November 2014, the allocation was transferred to Enfield (E) garage.
On 9 April 2016, the route was revised to run in service from Stamford Hill to the garage in Rookwood Road.
