London Buses route 192 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Enfield Town and Tottenham Hale Station, it is operated by London General.
Route 192 commenced on 10 September 1994, running between Enfield Town Little Park Gardens and Angel Road Tesco via Southbury Road - Fotheringham Road - Lincoln Road - Roman Way - Main Avenue - St Mark's Road - First Avenue Bush Hi lPark Station - Park Avenue - Wellington Road,Bury Street. Hertford Road - Edmonton Green - Fore Street - Plevna Road - Town Road - Montagu Road. It was operated with Optare StarRiders from Enfield Garage (E) as a Monday to Saturday route.
On 3 November 1996, the Optare StarRiderss were replaced by Carlyle Dartline bodied Dennis Darts and a Sunday service was introduced at the same time.
On 8 November 1997, the route was retained by Arriva London with Northern Counties Paladins bodied Dennis Darts were introduced.
On 2 June 2001, route 192 was extended from Tesco to Tottenham Hale via Watermead Way.
On 9 November 2002, the route was retained by Arriva London with brand new Plaxton Pointer 2 bodied Dennis Dart SLFs were introduced.
On 1 September 2007, the allocation was transferred from Enfield (E) garage to Lea Valley (LV) garage.
On 10 November 2007, was again retained by Arriva London with brand new Alexander Dennis Enviro200 Darts introduced.
On 5 October 2013, the allocation was moved back to Enfiled (E) garage.
On 8 November 2014, route 192 passed to London General using existing single deckers (hired from Arriva London) from Northumberland Park (NP) garage. In January 2015, brand new Wright StreetLites were introduced.
