London Buses route 151 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Worcester Park and Wallington, it is operated by London General.
Route 151 was commenced operation on 4 February 1984 and provided a Monday to Saturday service between Wallington and Worcester Park Station. The route was operated at Sutton Garage (A).
On 27 April 1985, the mid day service was withdrawn between North Cheam and Worcester Park Station. The route of the 151 was revised, Wallington – North Cheam (MF mid-day) - Worcester Park Station (MF except mid-day/Sat).
On 23 May 1987, the mid day journeys between North Cheam and Worcester Park was re-introduced.
On 29 October 1988, a Sunday service was introduced. The Monday to Saturday service ran from Worcester Park Station to Wallington and Sunday Wallington and Sutton.
By 26 November 1988, the route was diverted at North Cheam to Lower Morden instead of Worcester Park giving Tudor drive it's first bus service. The route was now under the "Suttonbus" banner.
By 31 August 1991, the route was revised again, the Monday to Saturday service was converted to MCW Metrobus and the Sunday service was converted to Midibus. The route was Monday to Saturday Wallington to Worcester Park and Monday to Saturday late evenings and Sundays ran from Wallington to Sutton.
On 4 February 1995, the route was extended to Worcester Park Station all the time, the Sunday service was converted to DW single decks.
At the very end of November 1996 the 151 was withdrawn between Cheam and Worcester Park, the route was also converted to single deck using Plaxton Pointer 2 bodied Dennis Dart SLFs.
By 18 May 1997, the route was extended from Cheam to Worcester Park Monday to Saturdays except late evenings and Sundays.
By 1 December 2001, a daily service ran from Wallington to Worcester Park.
By 29 April 2006, the route was converted back to double deck operation using Plaxton President and East Lancs Myllenium Vyking bodied Volvo B7TLs.
On 5 December 2008, the route was retained by London General with brand new Optare Olympus bodied Dennis Tridents introduced and the route was withdrawn North Cheam and Worchester Park. On 10 December 2011, the route was Reinstated between North Cheam and Worcester Park.
On 5 December 2015, the route was retained by London General.
