London Buses route H28is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Bulls Bridge and Osterley, it is operated by Abellio London.
Route H28 commenced on 25 February 1995 between Osterley Northumberland Avenue and Hounslow Garage via Syon Lane - Twickenham Road - Amhurst Gardens - London Road - Wood Lane - Jersey Road - Ridgeway Road North - St Mary's Crescent - Thornbury Road - Spring Grove Road - Kingsley Road as a Monday to Saturday service. The route was operated by London & Country from their Albion Road - Hounslow (HS) garage using Plaxton Beaver bodied Mercedes-Benz 811Ds.
On 10 April 1995, the route was extended in Osterley to Tesco.
On 27 May 1995, the Plaxton Beaver bodied Mercedes-Benz 811Ds were replaced by East Lancs bodied Dennis Darts.
On 2 December 1995, the route was extended from Hounslow Garage to Bulls Bridge.
On 3 July 1999, the route passed to Tellings-Golden Miller but still operating from Albion Road - Hounslow (HS) garage using East Lancs bodied Dennis Darts.
On 11 June 2000, Albion Road - Hounslow (HS) garage was announced closed and was transferred to Fulwell (TF) garage.
On 6 January 2001, the route was converted to low floor operation using Plaxton Pointer 2 bodied Dennis Dart SLFs.
On 24 February 2001, the route was retained by Tellings-Golden Miller.
On 26 May 2002, a Sunday service was introduced.
On 17 June 2005, the route was included in the sale of Tellings-Golden Miller to Travel London.
On 25 February 2006, the route was retained by Travel London.
On 26 May 2007, the allocation was transferred to Hayes (WS) garage.
In May 2009, the route was included in the sale of Travel London to Abellio London.
On 23 February 2013, the route was retained by Abellio London with brand new Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Darts introduced.
On 7 May 2016, the allocation was transferred back to Fulwell (TF) garage.
