London Buses route 314 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between New Addington and Eltham, it is operated by Stagecoach London.

History

Route 314 commenced operating on 14 July 1990 between ELTHAM STATION and NEW ADDINGTON Salcot Crescent as a Monday to Saturday service. The route was initially operated by Selkent operated by Bromley (TB) garage using Optare MetroRiders and Carlyle Dartline bodied Dennis Darts.

In 1994, a Sunday service was introduced and route was converted to full Optare MetroRider operation.

On 30 August 1997, the route was retained by Stagecoach Selkent and the route was converted to low floor operation using Alexander ALX200 Bodied Dennis Dart SLFs.

On 31 August 2002, the route was retained by Stagecoach Selkent.

In 2007, the route was retained by Selkent.

In 2012, the route was retained by Stagecoach London using brand new Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Darts.

The route will be retained by Stagecoach London from 2 September 2017.
